Charles R. Kuhn, aka Charles Robert Kuhn, 40, of Medford, pled not guilty to receiving or concealing stolen property (<=$2500) (party to a crime) and possession of drug paraphernalia. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for May 12, at 9 a.m. A status hearing is scheduled for June 22, at 1:30 p.m.

Kayden J. Dassow, 18, of Medford, pled not guilty to hit and run and failure to yield right of way from stop sign. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for June 1, at 1 p.m.

Brandon Joseph Krueger, 28, of Medford pled not guilty to the following charges: hit and run-unattended vehicle, unsafe backing of vehicle and failure of operator to notify police of accident. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for June 1, at 1:30 p.m. A court trial is scheduled for July 19, at 10 a.m.

Luke Nicholas Peterson, 28, of Medford, pled not guilty to the following charges: operating firearm while intoxicated, OWI (1st offense)(PAC>=.15), operating left of center, possession of open intoxicants in vehicle-driver, operating with PAC>=.15 (1st offense). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for July 26, at 2 p.m.

Lawrence Jesse Thomas, 44, of Menomonie, pled not guilty to operating while suspended and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for June 1, at 10 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for July 19, at 10 a.m.

Nancy D Tiedke, 73, of Medford, pled not guilty to retail theft. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for July 12, at 10 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for October 18, at 10:30 a.m.

Steven Alan Tischendorf, 19, of Dorchester, pled not guilty to operate a vehicle with improper color light to rear. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for June 14, at 11 a.m. at Schmeige & Graff LTD. A court trial will be held on July 19, at 10:30 a.m.

Abby Care LLC, pled no contest to worthless checks. Based on the defendant’s nonapearance, the court finds the defendant guilty and orders a forfeiture and restitution totaling $1,873.50.

Julia A. Hanish, 50, of Ogema, pled guilty to worthless checks. She was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $313.22. A payment plan was set up with the clerk of courts.

Robert Edward Palms, 47, of Medford pled no contest to worthless checks. Based on Palms’ non appearance, the court finds Palms guilty and orders a forfeiture and restitution totaling $295.31.

Scott M. Schantner, 41, of Prentice, pled no contest to two counts of worthless checks. He is ordered to pay two restitution fines of $294.77 and $331.32.
