OURT Danielle N. Ford, 31, Chippewa Falls, was sentenced to nine months in jail after her probation was revoked on 2020 convictions for possession of burglarious tools/ as party to a crime, criminal trespass to a dwelling/ as party to a crime, and theft of moveable property/as party to a crime.
Joshua T. Harmon, 35, Neillsville, was sentenced to nine months in jail for possession of methamphetamine and bail jumping. Six months of the sentence are to be served and the remaining three months were stayed. He was placed on probation for three years and fined $1,036. In a separate case, he was sentenced to nine months in jail -- to run concurrent with the first sentence -- for bail jumping and operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related offense. He was fined $961 on those charges. In another separate case, he was sentenced to nine months in jail -- to run concurrent with the first sentence -- for possession of methamphetamine and bail jumping. He was fined $1,036 on those charges. He was also sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $1,504 for a second OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $389.50 for animals running at large/third offense.
Logan B. King, 18, Marshfield, was fined $225.70 for speeding, $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, and $175.30 for operating a vehicle with an inadequate muffler.
Alfredo Lopez Cruz, 31, Colby, was sentenced to 20 days in jail and was fined $1,575 for a second OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 24 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 24 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Erin N. Luther, 36, Black River Falls, was fined $811.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Michael A.R. Meyer, 27, whose address is listed as the Dodge Correctional Facility, Waupun, was sentenced to five days in jail and fined $458 for bail jumping/repeater and fined $579 for operating a vehicle without a valid license/second offense in three years.
Ethan G. Miller, 20, Eau Claire, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
Joseph E. Mohr, 38, Antigo, was sentenced to 45 days in jail and fined $1,744 for a third OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 24 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 24 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Zuleika Navarro Munoz, 31, Stetsonville, was fined $200.50 on each of two counts of operating a vehicle without a valid license and $200.50 for speeding.
Moises Renoj Cuautle, 21, Dorchester, was sentenced to three years in prison and five years of extended supervision and fined $518 for possession of child pornography. He was also sentenced to nine months in jail, placed on probation for two years, and fined $1,329 on three counts of invade privacy/use surveillance device. Two additional counts of possession of child pornography and eight additional counts of invade privacy/use surveillance device were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Leticia Rodriguez Valadez, 34, Colby, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit). She was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.
Josiah N. Rose, 23, Marshfield, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle by a probationary licensee with an unauthorized person in the vehicle.
Antonio Ruiz Perez, 26, Unity, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.
Cassandra K. Sloviak, 33, Eau Claire, was sentenced to two years in prison and 18 months of extended supervision for vehicle operator fleeing/eluding an officer/ repeater. The prison sentence was stayed and she was ordered to serve six months in jail (also stayed) and was placed on probation for three years and fined $518. A charge of resisting or obstructing an officer/repeater was dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Michael J. Strobach, 40, whose address is listed as the Dodge Correctional Institution, Waupun, was sentenced to two years in prison and three years of extended supervision after his probation was revoked on a 2018 conviction for false imprisonment/domestic abuse.
Donald J. Subke, 45, Neillsville, was fined $544.50 for failure to keep records as required/failure to keep accurate records/otherwise provide incorrect information, $310.40 for hunting deer in an unauthorized quota area, and $222.90 for hunting deer in an unauthorized quota area.
Reymundo Velasco-Gonzalez, 19, Granton, was fined $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).
Tasha N. Wallace, 37, Dorchester, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $443 for disorderly conduct and sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $443 on a second count of disorderly conduct. In a separate case, she was fined $453 for possession of THC. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read-in to the court record.
