Cadott claims win in Cloverbelt Conference Tournament

Acting as hosts for the Division 3 Cloverbelt Conference Tournament, Cadott saw the best in the league come to call Feb. 5. Although the competition was good, they weren’t good enough, and the Hornets would finish the day as the champions.

“The team put forth maximum effort this weekend…every wrestler gave tremendous effort and scored points for the team,” said coach Josh Spaeth.

Crowned as conference champions in their respective weight classes, were junior Brayden Sonnentag (126), junior Tristan Drier (152), junior Dawson Webster (170) and senior Gavin Tegels (220).
