OURT Jesus Arauz Tinoco, 45, Dorchester, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver and $326.50 for driving the wrong way on a divided highway.

Arturo Bautista Cruz, 19, Colby, was fined $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Justine M. Casas-Laczkowski, 35, Eau Claire, was fined $358 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (35-39 mph over limit). She was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Saul P. Garcia Cuaquehua, 25, Marshfield, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Teresa L. Gruetzmacher, 48, Withee, was fined $811.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Nevin W. High, 18, Spencer, was fined $452.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (40-44 mph over limit). He was also fined $213.10 for operating left of center and $175.30 for vehicle windows not reasonably clean.

Isaac L. Johnson, 46, Stevens Point, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for battery/use of a dangerous weapon. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $443. Two counts of disorderly conduct/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Robert G. Kaiser, 61, whose address is listed as the Jackson Correctional Facility, Black River Falls, was sentenced to two years in prison and two years of extended supervision after his probation was revoked on a 2019 conviction for a sixth OWI offense.

Lucas T. Karl, 18, Colby, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Noah J. Kempf, 18, Neillsville, was fined $389.50 for possession of THC and $162.70 for operating a vehicle without required lamps lighted.

Anthony M. Kleinschmidt, 24, Gwinn, Mich., was placed on probation for 18 months and ordered to pay $1,148 in fines and costs for forgery/uttering. A second similar count was dismissed but read-in to the court record. He was also fined $354.15 for hunting with an improper license.

Anthony H. Krosinski, 25, Black River Falls, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Gary G. Kruszka, 58, Highland, Ill., was fined $1,019 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol content. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Kimberly J. Lopez, 32, Colby, was fined $50 and her driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 12 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Pedro Lopez Bautista, 39, Abbotsford, was fined $200.50 for a license restriction violation, $200.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Lillian M. Lutzow, 19, Menasha, was fined $301.30 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Travis J. Markow, 27, Medford, was fined $200.50 for a license restriction violation, $238.30 for displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate, and $10 for operating without proof of insurance.

Tucker W. Meyer, 17, Unity, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Warren W. Nye, 19, Thorp, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.
