OURT Jesse D. Albrecht, 22, Abbotsford, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Sandi D. Brooks, 48, Neillsville, was fined $811.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control.

Tony L. Calkins, 35, Humbird, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for manufacture/delivery of amphetamine. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for four years and fined $518. Charges of theft of moveable property and bail jumping were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Yair Gutierrez Gonzalez, 46, Wausau, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $543. He was also placed on probation for 18 months and fined $443 for contact after domestic abuse arrest, and $443 for bail jumping. He was also placed on probation for 18 months and fined $443 for knowingly violating a domestic abuse order. Four additional charges of bail jumping were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Dawn M. La Gasse, 61, Loyal, was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $543 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. A charge of battery/domestic abuse was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Kristen L. Maya-Roman, 29, whose address is listed as the Waupaca County Jail, was sentenced to eight months in jail after her probation was revoked on 2019 convictions for criminal trespass to a dwelling/as party to a crime and theft of moveable property/as party to a crime.

Megale Wood Products LLC, Greenwood, was fined $1,451.50 on each of two counts of failure to provide required information or reports to the Department of Natural Resources, $1,451.50 for failure to prepare, implement or amend a stormwater pollution prevention plan, and $1,013.50 for failure to evaluate non-stormwater damages.

David J. Scheffler, 50, Greenwood, was fined $544.50 on each of three counts of shining wild animals while possessing a firearm, $288.25 on each of two counts of loading/discharging a firearm/bow in/from a vehicle, $343.50 for hunting game before/after hours, $222.90 for hunting without required approval, and $222.90 for hunting within 50 feet of a road’s center. His Department of Natural Resources license privileges were revoked for four years. Additional charges of possessing a deer during a closed season, failure to obtain deer hunting required approval, and common carrier illegal transport of a deer were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Jennifer L. Tieman, 57, Willard, was sentenced to 12 months in jail for operating a vehicle while under the influence of a restricted/controlled substance/ fifth or sixth offense. Six months of the jail sentence were stayed and the other six are to be served with release privileges. She was fined $1,894, her driver’s license was revoked for 33 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 33 months. Charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Mark L. Wright, 47, Little Suamico, was sentenced eight months in prison after his probation was revoked on 2019 convictions for causing injury while operating a vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin.
