ourt Martin J. Cooper Jr., 35, Neillsville, was sentenced to 155 days in jail and fined $4,111 for a third OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 33 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 33 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also placed on probation for 18 months and fined $543 for battery/domestic abuse-repeater. Charges of strangulation and suffocation/domestic abuse-repeater, intimidating a victim by use of force-repeater, disorderly conduct/domestic abuse-repeater and bail jumping-repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Ezekiel J. Glick, 22, Medford, was sentenced to 45 days in jail for theft of moveable property. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for three years and fined $518. Two other charges of theft of moveable property were dismissed but read-in to the court record. Etelberto Gonzalez Osorio, 35, Granton, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Ben T. Immerfall, 32, Neillsville, was sentenced to 215 days in jail for a fourth offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. Twentynine days of the jail sentence are to be served and the rest are stayed. He was fined $2,272, his driver’s license was revoked for 36 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 36 months.

Branden L. King, 20, whose address is listed as the Dodge Correctional Facility, Waupun, was sentenced to two years in prison and four years of extended supervision and fined $518 for taking and driving a vehicle without consent/second offense. Multiple charges of criminal damage to property-repeater, fleeing/eluding an officer-repeater, resisting or obstructing an officerrepeater, and operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation-repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 60 days in jail and fined $453 for batteryrepeater. Charges of disorderly conduct-repeater and violating state/county institution laws-repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Russell L. Kuhl, 54, Wyocena, was sentenced to 55 days in jail and fined $1,819 for a third OWI offense. Fourteen days of the jail sentence are to be served and the remainder are stayed. He was placed on probation for 12 months, his driver’s license was revoked for 24 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 24 months. Charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety/use of a dangerous weapon, refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest, failure to keep a vehicle under control, and operating left of the centerline were dismissed but read-in to the court record. Brian J. Leonhard, 54, Marshfield, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $1,429 for a second offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Harlan R. Martin, 19, Owen, was fined $358 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (35-39 mph over limit).

Thomas J. Neubauer, 30, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 20 days in jail and fined $1,640 for a second offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. His driver’s license was revoked for 14 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 14 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Collin S. Ottery, 24, Glenbeulah, was fined $1,012.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Mark J. Peck, 39, Granton, was sentenced to 12 months in prison and 18 years of extended supervision and fined $518 for possession of methamphetamine-repeater. Charges of possession of THC-repeater, bail jumping and operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license/ second offense within three years were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Natasia J. Severson, 27, Neillsville, was fined $1,062.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 12 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Douglas J. Straszkowski, 51, Thorp, was fined $886.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. Brian C. Williams, 66, Fairchild, was sentenced to 215 days in jail and fined $3,680 for a fourth OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 36 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 36 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
