The Dweebs kicked off Music in the Park hosted by The Friends of Rib Lake on Tuesday, June 16 at the Forward Central Stage in Ice Age Park. Rib Lake’s residents sang, danced, and rocked out for the series’ debut. The Rib Lake Fire Department dished out delicious eats. The Dweebs brought the energy and sang hits by greats like Johnny Cash and Cyndi Lauper, bringing up village locals (l. to r.) Dawn Swenson, Sophie Evans, Tatum Evans, and Tanya Wiitala who proved that girls really do just want to have fun. Next week, on June 23, Andrew Robinson will keep the energy going.
