OURT _ Uriel Pena Castro, 26, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 15 days in jail for battery/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $518. Additional charges of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse, intimidating a victim to dissuade reporting/domestic abuse, and false imprisonment/ domestic abuse were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
_ Maurico Lopez Lopez, 20, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $1,570 for a second drunk driving offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 14 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 14 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
_ Leonides Juarez Castillo, 34, Athens, was fined $1,094 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first drunk driving offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance and $187.90 for inattentive driving.
_ Tina M. Holsen, 35, Owen, was fined $886.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first drunk driving offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
_ Carlos A. Martinez-Victoria, 31, Colby, was fined $589 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation.
_ Joel Pena Lopez, 30, Unity, was fined $579 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation. A charge of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order was dismissed but read-in to the court record.
_ Daniel Garcia Maganda, 29, Curtiss, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $150.10 for a violation of child safety restraint requirements.
_ Jose L. Lopez Castro, 29, Abbotsford, was fined $589 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation.
_ Megan M. Mahl, 26, Owen, was fined $263.50 for misuse of 911/making a request when an emergency does not exist.
_ Keith A. Martin, 20, Owen, was fined $263.50 for non-registration of a vehicle.
_ Raymond L. Martin, 28, Withee, was fined $232 for operating an ATV without a valid safety certificate.
_ Eli Z. Nolt, 24, Unity, was fined $276.10 for speeding.
_ Danielle M. Sockness, 45, Unity, was fined $200.50 for allowing a dog to run at large.
_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended: Carlos A. _ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license: Lorena Bautista Antonino, 36, Owen; Jose L. Valdez Osuna, 25, Owen.
