Tony Gajewski of Athens has been nominated by the National Association of Small Trucking Companies (NASTC) for its driver of the year award.
Gajewski has driven for Fischer Truck & Bus Service for over 20 years. He’s been a professional driver for over 35 years and has driven over 4,110,000 accident free miles.
“As a nominee for the award, Tony Gajewski joins a very elite group that represent the very best of our 130,000 drivers,” according to Buster Anderson, executive vice president of the NASTC.
NASTC represents over 10,000 trucking companies in the U.S. and Canada.
“Fischer Truck & Bus Service is very proud of their drivers and should be very proud of themselves at well,” Anderson said. “It says a lot about a company when they can attract and keep employees of this caliber.”
