Teachers and staff at Medford Area Public School District recently received recognition from the Wisconsin Council for Administration of Special Services (WCASS).
According to Medford school district student services director Joseph Greget, each year WCASS encourages CESA regions across the state to recognize and honor the educators and support staff who have demonstrated exemplary service to students, parents, staff, and communities.
“A lot of great things happen in our regions and we need to celebrate the people doing this work,” he said.
Nominations were submitted for educators who personify the attributes of perseverance, leadership, advocacy, compassion, collaboration, and high expectations.
Medford Area Public School District Department of Special Education nominated individuals for this recognition in select category areas to be considered by WCASS and CESA 10. We have been informed that the following staff members from the Medford Area Public School District were considered and have been each selected in respective categories to receive a 2025 WCASS Region 10 Recognition Award.
Recipients will each receive and be presented with a plaque for their achievement.
