Logo design is sought for the Crime Stoppers
Chippewa County Crime Stoppers is challenging youth in the community to create a logo for the organization. The logo will be used for official use in various ways, including, social media, printed materials, website, clothing, etc.
The logo must include words “Chippewa County and Crime Stoppers,” and must be the original work of the submitter. The logo may be created with pencils, crayons, markers, paint or may be created with a computer drawing program.
The message should be community-oriented, depicting how law enforcement helps the community.
Designs may be submitted in electronic or paper formats, images must be a minimum of 3 inches by 3 inches. Electronic submissions should be in .jpg or .tiff file formats.
Entries can be dropped off in-person at the Criminal Justice Services office during the hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or mailed to: Criminal Justice Services Office, 711 North Bridge St., Room 221, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729. Do not fold the entries Electronic entries can be submitted to: info@takeastandagainstmeth. org. All submissions must include an attached entry form.
The submission deadline is Jan. 14, 2022. Entries will be judged by the Crime Stopper’s board on their visual appeal, quality of design and ease of reproduction for the purposes stated above.
Categories are broken into kindergarten through fourth grade; fifth through eighth, and ninth through 12th.
One main Crime Stoppers logo will be chosen from all combined age groups. However, the top submissions entered in each age group will receive a $25 gift card, bragging rights and their logo displayed on social media.
The first prize winner will receive a $100 gift card and the framed logo, along with public acknowledgement and an invitation to the logo reveal.
This logo will be the official Chippewa County Crime Stoppers logo.
