Local races determined as voters let voices be heard
The results are in and voters in the April 6 spring election, have spoken. Choosing the candidates they felt were best for the job, locals cast their vote for those running for city, town, village and school boards.
Information and numbers based are on uncanvassed results, as of deadline (I = incumbent).
• Cadott Village Board: Running unopposed for president, is Anson Albarado (I), 117. Running unopposed for three open trustee positions, are Russ Falkenberg (I), 114; Randy Kuehni (I), 110; and Terry Licht (I), 115.
• Cadott School Board: Filling two open positions, are Cory LaNou, 394; and Christine Rowe, 331. Also running, were Kevin Roshell, 277; and Rod Tegels (I), 234.
• Cornell City Council: Running unopposed for three open alderperson positions, are Ashley Carothers (I), 120; Floyd Hickethier, (I) 119; and Aimee Korger (I), 115.
• Cornell School Board: Running unopposed for two open positions, are Lyle Briggs, (I) 222; and Jamie Close (I), 276.
• Lake Town School Board: Running unopposed for president, is Brian Guthman, (I) 114. Running unopposed for two open supervisor positions, are Doug Olson (I), 134; and David Staudacher, (I) 131. Running unopposed for clerk, is Tracey Larson, (I) 139. Running unopposed for treasurer, is Jim Mataczynski, (I) 137.
• Lake Holcombe School Board: Running unopposed for one open position, is Brian Guthman, (I) 198.
