Man charged with first degree intentional homicide
A man has been arrested and charged with first degree intentional homicide attempted aggravated assault by the Marathon County Sheriff’s Office after an incident that occurred on January 22.
Leovigildo Cruz Hernandez, 18, is being held on $250,000 cash bond and will be awaiting his initial appearance in Marathon County Court on February 8.
Attempts to gather information from the Marathon County Sheriff’s Department have been denied as the matter is under further investigation.
