ANGEL TREE DELIVERS GIFTS TO 54 FAMILIES

A SEASON FOR GIVING - The Angel Tree project distributed gifts on Saturday at the Colby Lions Shelter. Volunteers handed out a Christmas ham and presents to 54 families, ensuring that nearly 170 children will be able to experience the joy of Christmas and have gifts under the tree. Above, Brandi Neuenfeldt is all smiles as she prepares to hand a large wrapped gift to one family in need. Below, Gary Orth delivers nearly a dozen presents to another family. Dale Abegglen (not pictured) was also on hand to help. Pinter’s Packing Plant donated the ham while local businesses and area churches gathered and donated funds to purchase the gifts.
