A janitor at the Colby School District faces possible criminal charges after he allegedly attacked a 13-year-old student who was harassing him after school.
The janitor has not yet been charged, but the Colby-Abbotsford Police Department has referred the matter to the Clark County district attorney’s office with recommended charges of battery and disorderly conduct, according to officer-in-charge Jason Bauer.
