Tracy Radosevich
1939-2012
Tracy R. Radosevich, 72, Medford, died on Sunday, Jan. 29 at his home. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, Feb. 1 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford, with Father Gerard Willger and Deacon Joseph Stefancin officiating, and full military honors performed by the Medford Area Military Honors Team. Cremainal inurnment will take place at the Ino Cemetery in Ino at a later date. Pallbearers were Alan and Alex Dohm, Todd Grube, Mark Ruesch, Mark Wanka and John Clausnitzer.
Hemer Funeral Service of Medford assisted the family with arrangements.
Tracy Radosevich was born on August 18, 1939 in the Town of Ashland, Ashland County, to the late Tony E. and Pauline A. (Motel) Radosevich. He attended Benoit Elementary School, was a 1957 graduate of Ondossagen High School, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in 1961 with a bachelor's degree in agriculture science. He served in the United States Wisconsin Army National Guard Red Arrow Division 32nd Infantry from 1957 to 1960 and was stationed in Fort Lewis, Washington.
On July 1, 1961 at Saint Bridgets Catholic Church in River Falls, he married Helen M. Price, who survives. He worked at Production Credit Association in Medford for over 30 years, then for Mid-Wisconsin Bank, then Tombstone Pizza Corp. until his retirement.
He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and past member of Medford Lions Club and Greenwood Cribbage Club. He enjoyed traveling, playing cribbage, finding a good bargain, coffee and spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, survivors include a son, Bob (Dawn) of Dodgeville; three daughters, Ann (Alan) Dohm of Eau Claire, Mary (Kevin) Machon of Toledo, Ohio, and Diane (Todd) Grube of Byron, Minn.; two brothers, Bill of Hudson and Joe of Ashland; two sisters, Myra (David) Snippen of Bloomer and Cheryl (John) Bergold of Marinette; and 10 grandchildren, Emma and Ben Radosevich, Alex, Alissa and Abby Dohm, Max, Maggie and Isaac Machon and Chad and Gabrina Grube.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to his family to be designated at a later date.

Marie Peetz
1930-2012
Marie A. Peetz, age 81, of Thorp, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 26, 2012 at Miller Alternative Care in Thorp. Marie was born on May 29, 1930 on the family farm in Thorp to the late Leon and Wanda (Przybylski) Andruszkiewicz. She grew up in and attended area rural schools in Thorp, then worked in a local restaurant. On October 22, 1949, she was united in marriage to Bernard Peetz at St. Hedwig's Catholic Church in Thorp. The couple resided in the Gilman area where they farmed and raised their family.
Marie is survived by her husband, Bernard, of Thorp; five children, Linda (Doug) Mikolainis of Richfield, Bruce (Deborah) and Leon (Chris) Peetz, both of Gilman, Ann (Bob) Dieter of Roanoke, Virginia, and Jerry (Allison) Peetz of Brown Deer; 10 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and four brothers, Marion (Sheila) Andruszkiewicz of Holcombe, and Leo (Lorraine), Frank (Marlys) and Louis (Karen) Andruszkiewicz, all of Thorp.
Services were held on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Gilman, with Fr. John Long officiating. Burial was at the parish cemetery. Plombon Funeral Service assisted the family with arrangements.
Michelle Nevin
1971-2012
Michelle A. Nevin, 40, Gilman, died on Monday, Jan. 30 at her home. A memorial service will be held on Friday, Feb. 3 at 6 p.m. at Gilman Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5 to 6 p.m.
Marie Leonhardt
1924-2012
Marie S. Leonhardt, 87, Medford, died on Monday, Jan. 30 at Memorial Health Center emergency room. Funeral services will be held on Friday, Feb. 3 at 11 a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford, with Father Gerard Willger and Deacon Joseph Stefancin officiating. Burial will be St. Mary's Cemetery in the Town of Little Black. Honorary pallbearers are Rick Wegerer and Shane Ley. Active pallbearers are her three sons, Ronald, Walter and Gary, and sons-in-law, Kenneth Vesnefsky, Russell Hempel and Wendall Kestler.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, Feb. 2 at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford from 4 to 7 p.m., with a prayer service at 6:45 p.m., and on Friday from 9 to 10:45 a.m.
Joan Kowalefski
1934-2012
Former Medford resident Joan Kowalefski, 77, Wauwatosa, died on Monday, Jan. 30 at Care-Age Health Care Center in Brookfield, where she was a palliative care patient. Funeral services will be held on Friday, Feb. 3 at 11:30 a.m. at Krause Funeral Home in Milwaukee.Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
Thelma Hovey
Thelma Elizabeth Hovey, 90, Virginia Beach, Va., formerly of Golden Valley, Minn., died on Wednesday, Jan. 25. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Feb. 2 at 11 a.m. at Oak Hill Baptist Church in Columbia Heights, Minn.
Allen Griesbach
1948-2012
Allen H. Griesbach, 63, Colby, died on Monday, Jan. 30 at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield, where he had been a patient the past week. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 11 at 2 p.m. at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford, with Pastor Bruce Jahnke officiating.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 1 p.m. until the time of service.
Allen Griesbach was born on August 24, 1948 in Racine to the late Herman H. and Helen (Steffen) Griesbach. He attended Colby area elementary schools and Colby High School.
In 1968 in Neillsville, he married Shirley A. Fischer, and they later divorced. He farmed in the Town of Colby until his recent ill health.
He enjoyed tractor pulls, garage sales and his family.
Survivors include a daughter, Tammy Griesbach of Colby; a son, Jeffrey of Colby; four grandchildren, Tiara (Omar) Bonilla of Abbotsford, Cassius Griesbach of Colby, and Colton and Autumn Werner of Whittlesey; and one great-grandchild.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Tina M. Werner in 2010.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be given to the family for future designation.

Harry Gehrig Jr., 82, Oklahoma City, Okla., died on Friday, Dec. 30. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 18 at 10 a.m. at the Epithany of the Lord in Oklahoma City.

Marcella Gacek

Marcella Ruth Gacek, 88, Rib Lake, died on Thursday, Jan. 26 at Golden LivingCenter in Rib Lake. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Tuesday, Jan. 31 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Rib Lake, with Father Otto Bucher officiating. Interment was at Lakeview Cemetery in Rib Lake. Pallbearers were Larry Waldhart, Jim Gebauer, Nick Synol, Derek Thieme, Zachary Butera, Bill Niggemann, Jason Matyka and Reid Matyka.
Dallmann-Kniewel Funeral Homes of Medford and Rib Lake assisted the family with arrangements.
The former Marcella Waldhart was born on August 4, 1923 in Little Black to the late Christian and Ida (Bartz) Waldhart. She attended Stetsonville Grade School.
On April 15, 1944 in Milwaukee, she married Frank George Gacek, who preceded her in death on August 10, 2005. They lived in Milwaukee until moving to Rib Lake in 1968. She worked as a cook for the Rib Lake School District for over 25 years, and enjoyed being around the children.
She was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Christian Mothers. an active member of Hope Hospice, and was a candidate for the Pax Christi Award. She enjoyed listening to music.
Survivors include nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; and other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by six brothers and three sisters.
