Engagement, wedding and birth announcements, and anniversary and reunion stories are run free of charge. However, The Star News reserves the right to edit for space, style and information included.

Wedding announcements more than 4 months old will not be published. Engagement announcements must be received no less than four weeks prior to the wedding date. If you submit a photo and would like it returned, include an appropriate sized self-addressed stamped envelope.

We are not able to take information over the phone. Forms are downloadable via the links below or available at The Star News office which is open from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

If you desire specific wording or information we do not usually include, The Star News offers the option of paying for your announcement. Please call (715) 748-2626 or email people@centralwinews.com for more information.
