Kris grew up in Abbotsford and received her BSW from the UW-Eau Claire. She worked for Taylor County for five years then started work as general manager of The Star News in May of 1997. Kris is active in the WNA, IPA and ISWNE. Locally, she is also involved in the Medford Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis, Abbotsford Chamber and Abbotsford Christmas Parade. Kris enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, Kevin, and their five children. |
